A plain summary of the agreement between Loyalti and a business using it.
The service
Loyalti provides software for running a loyalty programme. You run the programme; we run the software. We do not set your rewards, and we are not party to the promise you make your customers.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff and for what those accounts do. Every loyalty action is recorded against the person who performed it, which is there to protect you.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials do not require card details. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.
Your data
Your customer data is yours. You can export it at any time. If you leave, we keep it for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. If the platform is down, your staff can record loyalty actions when it returns — but they cannot be recorded offline, because a balance awarded against stale data is worse than a delay.
Suspension
We may suspend a business for non-payment or for using the platform unlawfully. Customers of a suspended business see a message saying the programme is paused, and their balances are preserved.
This page is a summary written for readability. The binding agreement is provided during business onboarding.
